This school year, we are excited to launch our new online enrollment portal, making it easier than ever to enroll at Grow Public Schools. Families can complete the enrollment process online by visiting our website and following the link to the portal.

To ensure your child has the best chance of securing a spot, we encourage families to register early. If the number of applications exceeds available spaces, a public random drawing (lottery) will be held to determine enrollment. Don’t miss the opportunity—apply during the Open Enrollment period to be included in the lottery!

We also encourage you to share this exciting opportunity with your network! If you are a new family, have a relative, or know a friend who is interested in enrolling, we invite you to help us spread the word and join us at Grow Public Schools.

A public virtual lottery via Zoom will take place if we have more Intent to Enroll forms than seats in a specific grade.

The open enrollment period for the 2025-2026 school year ended on March 8th, 2025, and a lottery was held for grades with more applicants than available spots.

 

The Grow Academy Shafter public lottery was held on March 26 at 4:30 PM, and the Grow Academy Arvin public lottery was held on March 27 at 4:30 PM.

Admission preferences in the case of a public random drawing shall be as follows:

• Siblings of pupils* admitted to or attending the Charter School

• Children of GPS employees

• Residents of the County

• All other applicants

*For purposes of this policy, "sibling" includes students entered into the same public random

drawing. A sibling includes biological step, or adoptive siblings sharing one or more parents through marriage.
